Today, Thursday 27th March, the Haigh Group sold its site in Ross-on-Wye, under a sale and lease agreement with Gemini Properties (UK) Limited, a Worcester based commercial property investment company.

The Haigh Group remains strongly committed to the local area, and has signed a 15-year lease with the site’s new owners, securing the future of its manufacturing facility in Ross.

This deal is designed to free up capital to support the expansion of Haigh Environmental and Haigh Engineering, which are seeing strong demand for their goods and services, particularly in the water sector and the NHS. The sale will allow Haigh to invest in R&D, sustained growth, stock and people, and protect local jobs, including skilled manufacturing and project delivery roles.

The family-run business has been based in Ross for more than 70 years, a proud history that has seen the company go from strength to strength, supporting local employment and initiatives, including a flagship partnership with Ross Rowing Club.

The site’s new owners have already started a review of the buildings on the estate, and will continue to rent the smaller units to local businesses. They are committed to the future of the site as a light industrial facility, and we look forward to working with them as plans develop.
