Jason Powell is a seasoned engineering and business development professional with over three decades of experience in the manufacturing and water treatment sectors. He currently serves as the Business Development Manager at Haigh Engineering Co Ltd, where he has played a pivotal role since 2014 in expanding the company’s footprint in the UK Water Market, managing framework agreements, and spearheading sales strategy and distributor development.

Jason’s career includes roles in project management, sales, and engineering design, with prior leadership positions at Trelleborg Industrial Gaskets, where he led international operations in the Czech Republic.

In addition to an MSc in Engineering and Material Science from Loughborough University, Jason also holds a broad range of technical qualifications, including advanced CAD/CAM training, quality auditing, and commercial awareness. He is known for his hands-on approach, strategic insight, and commitment to continuous improvement.
