His career path has taken him from financial technology into environmental engineering, supported by a Masters degree in Physics, giving him both commercial insight and technical problem-solving ability.

Luke has a straightforward and pragmatic style, often preferring to see projects first-hand through surveys and on-site discussions. While leading a growing team, he keeps his “eye in” by staying close to the technical detail, ensuring decisions remain grounded in practical realities.
